150-200 guests are expected to attend this event.

Millennials and Working Professionals ages 25-50. 

Is the payment refundable, if the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to weather conditions?
Payments are nonrefundable. If in the event there is a chance or rain, the event will be rescheduled.

Will tables be provided? 
Tables will not be provided.

Do you have any marketing materials for us to post? Will you be able to provide us a custom flyer to promote to our audience?
A flyer will be provided with all vendors' logos prior to the date of the event. A general flyer is available now for use.
